White pepper, cinnamon and star anise on the finish. Well balanced between nose and mouth. On the mouth the acidity is accentuated with an astringent and youthful. The flavor is present but not invasive thanks to the tannins, embellishing the sip. In the center of the mouth there are black pepper and ripe fruit, crunchy acidity and tannins that tempt you to drink.

It recalls a fruit puree with a vegetal hint of dill and thyme and a touch of tamarind at the end.In the mouth the impact is decisive and pleasant, with hints of toasted almond in the center of the mouth which creates a launch on the exotic fruit such as freshly opened and ripe papaya. The nose-mouth balance is perfect and in the second impact the fruit appears even more prominent, decisive and balanced hints that make the sip pleasant.
