• A Mocha, or Mocaccino, is a fan favorite! The mocha is simply a latte made with chocolate.

• Our spiced Masala chai with a shot of espresso. This is not a sweet chai, so consider adding vanilla if you like yours on the sweet side!

• Cold Brew Coffee $4.59
• This is not ordinary "iced coffee," This is cold brew. Cold brewed is brewed for 24 hours to allow its bold flavors to really shine in the cup. Expect a smooth cup with a pleasant aftertaste and a real "kick" in terms of caffeine.

• Matcha Latte $4.99
• Matcha is a finely-ground green tea. It's caffeine hits you less intensely, and it's considered a sacred super food. You have the option of honey to make it sweeter.

• This beverage is an underdog in the coffee world. It's loved, less known than other choices. We use fresh, batch-brewed coffee and top it with steamed milk to make this delight. This item is available hot only.

• Red Eye $4.75
• A red eye (or a shot in the dark, as it is called on the West Coast) is a shot of espresso pulled into a cup of batch brewed coffee. You can add cream and sugar as you would a regular cup of coffee, but expect this beverage to really get you moving.

• Steamed milk, with an added flavor. Its like hot chocolate without the chocolate.

• Drip Coffee $2.77
• Roasted just for Winchester, our house blend is a medium-bodied coffee that has become a real crowd pleaser. It's roasted to the generous side of medium- or dark-coated blends.

• Traditional Flat White $3.35
• This is NOT whatever those folks in the green aprons serve. A flat white is espresso with a microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency). It is comparable to a latte, but smaller in volume and with less microfoam, therefore having a higher proportion of espresso to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency - allowing the espresso to dominate the flavour, while being supported by the milk. This drink is only served hot in the 8oz size.

• Long Black (reverse Americano) $3.85
• Espresso pulled over hot water is a Long Black. It's similar to an Americano, but pulling the espresso over the water maintains the crema. Treat it as you would a cup of coffee, adding cream and sugar if you'd like.

• A milder kids' style hot chocolate that kids of all ages will enjoy. Milk and chocolate. That's it.

• Caffé Breve is an American variation of a latte: a milk-based espresso drink using steamed half-and-half mixture of milk and cream instead of milk.

• We mix chocolate syrup with steamed milk and half-and-half before icing in a little vanilla and topping the whole thing with marshmallows. Delish.

• We serve a true, spiced Masala chai. It's peppery, so consider adding a little vanilla to sweeten it up. Please note: there is honey in our recipe, so while we can make it with an alternative to dairy, we cannot make it truly vegan.

• Heavier on the foam than a latte, a cappuccino is a fan favorite. Traditionally served as a 6- to 8- ounce drink, this beverage is espresso forward in taste. Our house style is served with light foam, but ask for a heavier helping, and we will load it up with airy frothed milk.
