The food truck serves delicious burritos that remind me of my grandma's cooking, especially the spicy carne asada and bean and cheese options. Despite some inconsistent service in the past, recent younger staff have improved the experience, making it a go-to for tasty, easy-to-eat meals while on the road.

This taqueria offers a satisfying dining experience with its flavorful and spicy meat dishes, reminiscent of authentic Mexican cooking. While the menu may be limited and service inconsistent at times, the recent addition of younger staff members has improved the overall customer service. I recommend trying their delicious bean and cheese or carne asada burritos for a quick and enjoyable meal, especially during road trips or when on-the-go.
