During a trip from DFW to Tuscaloosa, we made a stop in Meridian. The restaurant we entered was bustling, with a musician preparing to perform. Opting for a quick meal, we chose seats at the bar and ordered a Thai basil stir fry and yellow curry with chicken. The dishes arrived promptly, piping hot and prepared just as we requested in terms of spice level. The location in downtown Meridian offers a vibrant ambiance, perfect for enjoying a meal and exploring the surrounding arts district.

I have eaten at Aie's for a couple of years. The food is excellent and full of fresh vegetables. I love everything I have eaten there! I often eat the Pho, but had an absolutely delicious chicken with tons of zucchini, Thai sweet spicy sauce, peanuts, and rice. Wow it was great! Linda
