Always great food.

The service and attitude one of the baristas (pierced one) was completely unprofessional. This employee was extremely rude, caught making faces behind customers, had a very threatening and rude demeanor towards customers. She was making videos while working as well. HR should be contacted immediately, this kind of people are detrimental to any "professional business". I am considering closing my Capital One credit card if this is the kind of employees and business model your company supports. SHAMEFUL!
