I spontaneously decided to have lunch at Blade and was pleasantly surprised by the unique concept of combining menus with Vida. The standout feature of the meal was our waiter, Belford, whose honesty and humor elevated the dining experience to a new level. The dishes were exceptionally fresh and flavorful, with a creative dessert that showcased a fusion of Asian flavors, making me eager to return when I'm back in Miami.
