The birthday getaway started with hopes of beachside bliss but quickly turned into a nightly battle against a screeching fire detector, with the front desk utterly helpless and maintenance nonexistent after hours. Thankfully, a kind overnight staffer saved the day by lending a stool, allowing a midnight battery run and a much-needed silence that finally let me catch some Z's. On the bright side, the food was absolutely divine-filet mignon cooked to perfection, lobster mac, and sides that stole the show-while the service shined most when Yulia made sure every moment was flawless, proving that one amazing employee can almost make up for a whole lot of chaos.
