My husband and I ordered the Lomo Saltado twice during our stay, and while the food was consistently excellent with flavorful, perfectly cooked dishes, the service was a mixed experience-ranging from attentive and friendly to frustratingly slow and inattentive. Despite the high prices and occasional noise, the quality of the food, creative menu, and some standout servers made it worthwhile, and I found myself dreaming about the steak and eager to return.
