During my night in Miami, I tried Peruvian cuisine for the first time at a casual, vibrant eatery with an open kitchen and friendly service, where the "La Tia Veneno" platter impressed me with perfectly grilled meats, flavorful rice, and standout sauces like Huacatay. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious dishes such as ceviche, rotisserie chicken, and cilantro soup made the experience unforgettable, and I'm eager to return and explore more of their authentic offerings.
