The fresh and flavorful dishes, especially the ceviche and roasted chicken, truly showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine with a modern twist, making each bite memorable. The service is attentive and friendly, and the ambiance, whether inside or outside, adds to an enjoyable dining experience that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in Miami.

Our first dining experience in Miami was satisfactory, with prompt seating and a pleasant surprise of complimentary fried corn. The Ceviche Merkado was a standout, featuring fresh fish and crispy calamari complemented by sweet potato. While the Pescado a Lo Macho was creamy and generous in portion, a touch of spice would have enhanced the overall flavor.
