Waiting for our room took forever, but it gave us a chance to hang out at DoubleShot tapas and Burg. Our server, Johanna, was a total sunshine on a gloomy day. The Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings was a pleasant surprise - definitely not your average hotel bar fare. The Triple Decker turkey and bacon club sandwich was also delish, served up quick and just right. The cheese quesadilla disappeared in a flash, but hey, good food doesn't last long around here! Johanna made our experience extra special - shoutout to her for being awesome. The Miami style burger was a flavor explosion - chorizo bacon is a game-changer! And those Nachos with Cuban pork were a taste bud party waiting to happen. Big thanks to the manager for accommodating us during that weird lunch-breakfast limbo. Good vibes all around!
