I had a disappointing experience with a food delivery from UBER eats, as the bags were damaged and the soup spilled everywhere. However, the restaurant owner provided exceptional customer service by personally delivering a replacement order promptly and free of charge. The delicious food and outstanding service have earned my long-term loyalty to this establishment.
