After a long day of travel, the attentive bell staff welcomed us and assisted with our luggage, while the front desk recognized our status and upgraded our room to a partial bay view. Although the room was nicely appointed with great amenities and the service throughout the property was friendly and accommodating, some cleanliness issues like hairs in the bathroom and missing soap were disappointing for a five-star establishment.

After a long day of traveling, we stayed at the hotel for our layover before our morning flight. The bellman warmly greeted us upon arrival and assisted with our luggage, escorting us to the reception desk. While the room appeared standard, cleanliness was lacking, with hairs found on the bathroom counter, indicating room for improvement in maintaining the 5-star standard expected.
