The Cuban pizza and pasta I enjoyed were reminiscent of homemade cooking, and with Jose's attentive, family-like service and his commitment to quality, I found myself obsessed with the delicious, handmade pizzas made from fresh ingredients, including his incredible chorizo and Hawaiian varieties.
