There's a cool mall in Hialeah that has JC Penney and Macy's, not as fancy as Dadeland or Aventura, but still has some good stores like Radio Shack. The food court is handy with a McDonald's and other fast food places for a quick bite. It's a decent alternative if you don't want to trek all the way to Aventura or Dadeland from Hialeah.
