Rabbi? Or mr dominguo?, well your "review" is really unrealistic, there are so many bad reviews bcause this people(as well as their nasty dog food and drug_liquor addict staff and owner) SUCKS BUG TIME. I was invited to one more ruined event, and let me tell u something, seems the $ 300 paid for rabbi servicea are paid for nothing...dishes stink, food is nasty , staff is rude and not polite once the owners got the money they leave and good luck is you can get the liquor because they like to take it as well as the food to use for next event.....their own staff talk about that all the time and how they never get paid and owners are rude and nasty. There is a reason why they went bankrupt and sued . Everybody knows who these people are. It hould be a -5 stars....

Honest, caring and great people to work with. Very down to earth and great to negotiate with. I recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced catering company with over 20 years of professionalism. With a business running for that long it would be hard to believe the negative reactions, not everyone can be pleased unfortunately. Peace and love.

mr cohen ( actually mr domingo or mr hayes) must be talking about another company, it is unclear how these people still doing "business" . someone will be poisoned ( again) one day.
had a terrible experience with them , my friends can't believe how bad the smelly putrid food was.....how to forget the nasty smelly dishes.
fish transport with no refrigeration is a BIG BIG NO NO....waiter also told us food was from another party. ....guys you should buy your own stuff intead of taking ,among other things, others liquors . waiters alcohol smell is so nasty too...
AVOID THESE COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

Had a great party with this company. They know what they're doing, plates look brand new, the waiters barely spoke english but incredibly experienced. We had two tables with spills of wine they replaced it within minutes. The food was great especially the salmon and wild rice. Chefs there are great cooks and the caterer Domingo Gonzalez was there at every turn to correct any mishaps and problems which arose. They've been doing this for a long time and I will definitely encourage anyone looking for real authentic kosher food to try these guys, they're the best in miami beach. Mark and Domingo thank you for making my daughters wedding an unforgettable adventure.

So let us provide proof to distinguish between facts and angry people trying to talk up a storm of lies.

If this is the Emeral Caters run by Mark Hyde and Domingo Gonzalez - they are two pieces of crap; liars, cheaters, and allaround really nasty, bad, people. I overheard the so-called 'Mr' Gonzalez speaking with apparently one of his kids on the phone and I was apalled that a father would speak or treat their child that way! Karma. Stay away from crossing your path with these people. Anybody who doesn't care about their own child, doesn't care about ANYONE.

never saw so low life, dirty people , service is nasty, plus that they stole the decoration we indicated most be returned.
very bad experience, owner screaming / yelling to the chef and waiters.
we left servers some extra tip as 2 of them work for me and they never gave this money to them , owner stole this money , plus they charged the 150 tip fee. this people are so cheap and low.

nunca habia visto gente mas sucia, el servicio es asqueroso. ademas de todo se robaron los arreglos que especificamente se dieron indicaciones que habia que regresarlos.
muy mala la experiencia, durante el evento gritos a los camareros y en la cocina. simplemente horrible .
se dejo propina a los camareros y dos personas que trabajan para mi tambien , nunca la recibieron. ademas de todo roban a los empleados y cobran doble tip. son tan bajos.
no lo recomiendo ni de broma.!!!!

what a nasty platters used to serve food, we all talk about how bad is this company and the food, , no challah for The Blessing Over The Bread we use some rolls, what a fail.
The tuna was nasty like brown colored, like others reviews, we're thinking they brought it from another event or party leftovers ,hard old bagels ,almost trowing up the egg salad, nasty food.
i really sorry for my ashamed friends. taking this company IS A BIG MISTAKE , IF YOU DON'T WANT GET FOOD POISONED. think twice before take them. !!!!, i heard they did it in different events at parrot jungle!!

i did not read this reviews before... 1 year ago in my friend party at Michigan Ave .. i saw the owner taking inside his car wine and vodka bottles my friend bought ...incredible..
