The food here is good as any other panera i have visted, but the customer service was horrible. The cashier, wendy was too busy talking to another employee. I waited at least 3 to four minutes and i know she knew i was at the counter but ignored me to continue her conversation. I placed my order and went on with my day but this ruined my experience here. That was rude and disrespectful. This is why people would rather use a kiosk or my phone which i will be doing from now on.
