Just left the Howell store, drive thru, ask for 2- 2 pcs boneless combos, got home and found 2-2 pcs of regular dark meat. Called the store to discover they no longer carry the boneless meals but when we ordered the boneless meals we were not informed that they no longer have them. Why didn"t server #3 tell us this? Called manager and all she kept saying,"we no have boneless"
When I asked her why she didn't say so at the time we placed our order, she again said "we no have boneless" This isn't the first time we've had problems with this KFC. Top management needs to check into how this store is run.
