Normally we love Logans. Granted we only eat a few items off the menu because well, we like what we like. Today when we walked in we were informed that there were no sodas and they have bottled water. Wasn't an issue because there was still water. (JUST WAIT THAT'S IMPORTANT) We had a party of 5. They sat us in the small booths against the Window. I ask for a booth because I have chronic pain and their chairs physically hurt me. Needless to say we can't fit our family into the booth. My husband goes to inform them and they sit us at the smallest table they have and sit me at the end. I was in immense pain during the visit. We ordered steaks, steak cob salad chicken tenders and soup. Almost 90 min. went by before we recieved our main course from the time we ordered. Appetizer came onion petals took about 30ish minutes to recieve. Great. Side salads came shortly after. great. Finally... Steaks and soup comes... here lies the main problem. I tried so hard to eat my salad as I had not eaten all day and now was in really bad pain from the seat... I just didn't want to complain. Actually I wanted to cry and go home. As a matter of fact I didn't complain till the end because I was just going to let it go. But then the server asked if I wanted a to go box. I told her that I wasn't taking it home. She continued to ask if something was wrong (first time during our visit that she asked anything about the food) finally I stated the salad was so bad I couldn't take it home. Explained everything. It actually grossed her out. However the Manager took $3.50 off. When we got the bill we found out that we had been charged 17.97 for 6 water bottles... Granted we were NEVER informed that they were charging for the bottles. They said they had water bottles. I was now extremely pissed. Asked for the manager and bluntly asked why we were charged for 6 water bottles when they were the ones with no fountain drinks including water with ice in a glass. She immediately became defensive, told me VERY loudly that she needed me to calm down, embarrassing me further, and proceeded to argue with me about the fact they have to pay for water bottles so we were charges $3 for each bottle.
I was over it. I then laughed at her and said and then you only took off 3.50 for the salad. Her remark you ate almost all of it. Nope. She refused to listen to me. She mocked me instead. Literally had 6 bites. Spit out the steak. It was thrown away. Due to being unable to chew it or cut it or swallow it. The lettuce was so brown it was bitter and looked like it was very wilted, and the avocado was sour. I actually gagged at it. She would hear me at all. My husband just looked at her and she said Ill remove the water.
Never again. It was disgusting, disrespectful, painful, and embarrassing.
