I Ordered a Steak, Medium Rare, it came out Well Done, had to send it back.. Then Placed an Order to go, get home and find out that they cheated me out of my fries... probably how they manage to stay in business. I called and spoke to the Manager, she remembered my Steak going back as well as my to go order, but said there was Nothing she could do.. Save your Money and Go Anywhere but this place...

Hands down the most pathetic excuse for a buffet that my family and I have ever seen. The small selection of food was mediocre at best and I could have shingled a house with their garlic bread. Other Ponderosa's have a larger selection than this one. Don't waste your money here.
