I quit going there after I was given a burned black sandwich twice and given something different than what I ordered. Once my favorite, but quality is dismal.

I literally just sat there for 50 damn minutes for 2 bread bowls! I got there at 6:15 and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, but at 6:32 I get a message saying "your order is ready". I sat there for 30 more minutes after going in and nobody answering me. I see all the negative reviews everywhere and not one Mgr or owner addresses any concerns. They can eat s***!!!!
