Almost One week ago & NO response, we ordered a large pizza last Saturday for pickup & when we returned to pick up the pizza the slip was still by the cash register, then the person told us that it'll be 10 more minutes, with NO apologies, when we got back for pickup we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the dough to cook, we were then told to leave our name & phone number for the manager to return our request for the un-convenience for us returning twice. I guess the paper it's still by the register or more conveniently filed 13 the info. Now we're really late for our meeting. Thanks A lot Tilly's employee. great job .NOT.
