As far as Taco Bell's go, this one is a dismal excuse for the high standards of most fast food restaurants (if there are any at all). In any case, this Taco Bell is also combined with a KFC and at one point a Pizza Hut, so the service here is almost always 10 times slower than it should be. The lobby is always dirty and the condiments/utensils area is almost never stocked. The drive-thru takes almost 15 if not 20 minutes to get through where at the pick-up window they basically through your food at you. I've been to many-a-taco-bell and the employees here do not take the time to make the food look presentable - the burritos are always falling apart. They charge for a simple cup of water and always put way too much ice in your drink. I'm not sure who's running the place but it seems like all of the managers don't know what's going on, most of them don't have teeth, and all look like deadbeats. There was one time when I received good service from a girl with red hair who was at the counter. Overall I would not recommend this specific Taco Bell/KFC.
