Even after moving away from Grand Haven, I find myself driving an hour just to enjoy the comforting food and warm smiles at JW's. The relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff like Valunn and Liv, and delicious dishes like the lake perch, seafood burrito, and white chili always make it worth the trip. Whether sitting in the cozy bar or enjoying outdoor seating in summer, it's a welcoming spot that feels like a hometown cheers where great food and good times come together.

I always make the drive back to JW's for their comforting food and welcoming smiles, even though I'm no longer a local. The cozy atmosphere, delicious seafood burritos, and friendly service keep me coming back every time I'm in town. JW's is a true gem that I dearly miss since moving away - their lake perch sandwich and coleslaw are a must-try!

This place is cheap, quick and has amazing food. There White Chicken Chili is outstanding.
