We ordered a 16 inch Pizza to share with my elderly parents. (Waited 45 minutes) Went to pick it up and it was A 12 inch . Amy said she would make another pizza, never offering the 16 inch we ordered. I said prefer a second 12 inch. I waited 29 minutes for it and then recurved one 12 inch freshly baked and the original 12 inch, that was now cool.
I left with it without saying anything besides “thank you.” While eating, Amy leaves me a message to call back to pay for the second pizza.
I finished my dinner and called back, only to be out on hold. I began driving home so my husband has a credit card in his hand to pay, and attempts to explain that there was a problem with our pizza and that he would call back tomorrow to pay since he can’t see the card while in the car. Before he can say much of anything, Amy says “never order from us again” and hangs up.
I see from a previous review this behavior is common. Not acceptable for a business owner.
We have a large family and we will spread the word that this owner is very disrespectful and no one Should do business with them!

Did ownership change?? There appears to be some recent negative reviews. Twice I ordered "sandwich" and received sub. Decided to call this time & was told there is no difference except toppings (?). My 'sandwich" was also burned black on both sides of bun and black melted cheese. (wish I could post pic here) Manager was SO RUDE!!! She said it wasn't burned & hung up on me. Her response was totally uncalled for, as I was in no way disrespectful. Called back to talk to the owner & was hung up on. We obviously won't be doing business there again - it's unfortunate.

Good food.Friendly staff.Fast service and/or delivery.
Their thin crust pizzas are really good,and they make them exactly the way you order them.
