01/19/2012 - mancino's fraud victim
We paid for our meal with a credit card. Without my knowledge, the staff ran my credit card four times, resulting in four separate charges of the full amount. After receiving my bank statement, I called to clear things up. Jessica took all my information, said she'd correct it and call me back. I did not hear back, so the second day I called and was told that only Will could correct the issue and he wouldn't be in until the third day. On the third day I called and asked for Will. I could hear him in the background as he refused to take my call.
