I have gone to this particular location since they opened probably for about 20 years and would normally give my meal 5 stars. However, today I was very disappointed. First I was unhappy that my favorite menu item for at least 15 years is no longer available - Mango Chili Chicken from the Guiltless Menu. I ordered the Marguarita Grilled Chicken instead. The chicken was tough and very dry, In addition the steamed brocoli was undercooked, dry and hard. My waitress today was wonderful. I am sorry I do not know her name. She brought me extra pico for the chicken, but that did not solve the problem. I attempted to write a review on the tabletop viewer, but hit a wrong button and everything got deleted. My waitress attempted to get an address to write to you, but the manager had nothing she could give me. Therefore I am attempting to express my concern on here.
