Our family went for breakfast here and it was a waste of money! The waitress made it known the waffles are frozen and complained about other waitresses that called in or came to work drunk! She bad mouthed the place so much and would not just let us eat! The biscuits and gravy tasted spoiled and the potatoes tasted like they had been sitting out! Big disappointment!

The discrepancy between quality and price here is outrageous, and the service is somehow even worse. The price is at least double what you would find for similar fare, and the quality is awful.

Our waiter was surly and usually only acknowledged when the men would speak. We ordered jalapeño firecrackers, which are just crappy egg rolls filled with queso. There are tiny, tiny bits of jalapeño, which you can't even taste. That freezer trash cost $13. The ribs were dry, tough, and gave my friend a stomach ache. The chicken strips were a crusty, low quality freeze-and-reheat variety.

DO NOT ORDER THE WHITEFISH!! It is advertised as "fresh" on their website, which could not be farther from the truth. It was the fishiest, nastiest, squishiest, least fresh fish I have ever had. It tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for a year, and then sitting out for days. And it costs $28. When I politely told the waiter that I didn't really care for it, the waiter sent the manager over. He said they could make something else, but they would not remove it from the bill "just because I didn't like it." I didn't really want anything else, but I ordered pasties to-go, just to feel less robbed.

When I got the pasties TO GO, there was gravy poured all over them. So I had to send it back again, and ask for it on the side. When the manager heard this, he got a huge attitude with me and asked pointedly if I had originally asked for it on the side. When I tried to explain to the manager that it's a to-go order, he cut me off and walked away in a huff. Anyone with common sense knows that putting gravy on top would make them soggy if eaten later. Also, half of the state doesn't even eat pasties with gravy. Any take-out order from any restaurant I've ever been to ALWAYS puts the sauce on the side.

When the bill came, it was $90 between just two of us (two beers, two entrees, and one appetizer). We had to see the manager again because they charged us full price for the old, disgusting fish. Now, you have to understand, I am not typically someone who speaks to a manager. I am shy, quiet, and polite. Both the waiter and the manager were rude and unapologetic. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. So I asked to pay for the pasties, which are a lower price, because I didn't eat the fish, and the quality was poor. They begrudgingly docked the price difference from our bill.

Any time I have ever sent food back at a restaurant, which is very rarely, the waitstaff and manager apologize and either offer something else, or remove it from the bill entirely without a fight. When this happens, you pay for the second order, and not the one you didn't eat.

I was afraid to even eat my take-out because I thought they might have spit in it, based on the attitude I received, just for being politely dissatisfied with overpriced, terrible quality food. It could be either low quality or expensive, but when it's both, that's a deal-breaker for me (and for most).

This place doesn't care about service or quality at all. They charge tourists up the bum for cheap, nasty food, so they make good money anyway. Maybe it was even more so because it was the off-season. Don't be fooled by the charming atmosphere. This is the worst tourist trap you will ever find. Avoid it at all costs! You would, sadly, find better quality and service at a McDonald's.

And the pasties were dry, even with the gravy.

I am 38 years old and I have 20 years experience running FAST FOOD restaurants. I’ll repeat fast food. This is a dine in restaurant with the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We tried placing our order at 8:00pm we called 15-20 with no answer. This should have been our first sign. My husband and his friend decide they will drive there and place the order for 11 people. At almost 10p.m. After waiting at the bar with 11 hungry people they received there food. Let me back up and give some more details. When they arrived to place the order they informed the staff “ Nobody answered the phone” reply “ we stop answering when we are busy” 9:15pm - “ How much longer will it take?” Reply- “Your the assholes who tried to call in the order” Yes, they were called ASSHOLES! We finally got our food with a ton of hungry kids and it was awful... burnt fish and a frozen avocado for our salad. We rebadged the food and tried to call... NO ANSWER ... SHOCKER! We called the next day and spoke to the Manager who said she was running shift and there is no way this happened. No apology and no solution. We spent $200.00. Customer feedback is important and it’s the only way to improve operations. I hope the owners somehow Read this and understand how poorly there business is being ran. If we didn’t live 5 hours away I would come there everyday until you resolved this situation. Tourist town so much potential!

Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We got our food i had got a chicken wrap. Service was fast and the waitress was awesome THE MANAGER however was THE WORST I've ever seen. THE wrap came and looked amazing i was excited to eat it i took a bite into it and the chicken was CHEAP and DISGUSTING i bit it and it was rubber like,every bite was like I was chewing rubber i couldnt even swallow it, so I spit it out and picked the rest of the chicken off but because I was so hungry and hadn't ate all day I ate half of the wrap with JUST cheese,lettuce and tomato and it was not good or filling to eat a lettuce and tomato wrap. I asked the waitress if she would get the manger very politely so she did. When the manager came over he asked what was wrong. I explained that I was on vacation and had never ate there before and I did not like the chicken on the wrap that it was very rubbery and thick and I couldn't even eat it. He told me it looked fine to him and left the table. Confused, I asked the waitress to bring him back out and again I re explained that I did not like the food and I would not be eating it if he could please take it off my bill. He responded with " thats how me make them, it looks fine to me" uhhhhh? I didn't eat the food why would I pay for it? And then he replies that " it looks like your full to me"!!!!!! After a half of a tortilla shell with lettuce and tomato IM FULL and what exactly am I supposed to look like when I'm full? I'm a overweight person I don't know if thats the sting he was insinuating buuut??? He refused to take it off my bill because it looked fine to him,I never ate it. He walked away and stood back and watched me argue with the waitress ,laughing!!We had also spent $70 on other food that we were more than happy to pay for because it was edible! I will never suggest this place to anyone or ever be back. I just wanted a fun night on my vacation having some food and drinks and it turned into a whole deal over $10!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Ribs were tough and fatty and nearly inedible. I took a couple of bites and had to stop due to an upset stomach. The chips were stale for the spinach dip. My wife’s chicken wrap was mostly lettuce and tomato and something was wrong with the chicken. She took about two bites and that was it. Our waitress was very apologetic and tried to remedy the situation but the manager was very cowardly in how he handled the situation. He would not even come up with the adjusted bill price that took a minimal amount off even though nearly everything went uneaten. I have never sent food back at a restaurant so this was a first. Just warning any potential diners considering this place, save your money and look for another option

Waitress really busy, not listening or checking orders for correctness. Meat over done, potatoes so cold they would not melt butter . Tried to get waitress attention, was not successful.

Barf!!! My stomach was literally turning after biting into a rib. It was the worst quality or cooked rib I've ever had. They looked like Fred flintstone ribs lol and I was not impressed. Salad dressing (ranch) sucked, kids Mac and cheese tasted like fake cheese and rubber. Burger was supposed to be medium rare, it was crusted and burnt all they way around. Fries are good...waitress was nice and quick. Again, the ribs made me feel sick for hours after one bite.

My husband and I went over the weekend. Our waitress was super rude and talked over us when we were ordering. Then, the food came out wrong, his burger was way over cooked (he asked for rare and was cooked well done) and mine came out medium (I asked for well done.) On top of that the fries were cold and soggy. When I could only eat 1/2 the burger due to pink, the waitress said she would give 1/2 off the burger. She gets me a plate of 4 onion rings to make up for it and no discount. When I said something she rolled her eyes and took 15 mins to find a manager. In the mean time, another waitress was too busy talking she dropped two glasses and drenched my husbands pants and my leg. The original waitress came back and started wiping my husbands butt where the water spilt. After paying we asked 4 associates to get the manager. We literally waited 32 minutes for the manger as no one could find him. When we told him about our experience, he proceeded to say that the waitress was new and was her 4th day and he doesn't think she is going to make it. As working as a manger in previous jobs, you don't say that..and don't you usually get training?? Needless to say, he tried to give us a $25 coupon. We said hell no and we will never eat there again.

Also, clean up the wood, I think it looks trashy with everyone writing all over it.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a shrimp Caesar salad. Once my salad arrived I asked for more Parmesan cheese. When the server brought me more cheese he then filled me in that they were out of cheese and what was on my salad was actually mozzarella cheese. Ordered two chocolate milks for my children, not too sure what the first drink was but it seriously tasted like a mixture of rumchata and milk. Second time around the chocolate mill was better. Not once were we brought refills and I watched the poor table next to us wait about 15 minutes for three waters and a coffee. Place was not busy at all. Very disappointed.
