I wish I could find a restaurant that knows how to make a seafood crepe , there was a restaurant years ago in California that had the most amazing seafood crepe with tiny shrimp and crab meat covered in a garlic wine cream sauce topped with caper's. I have checked so many Crepe restaurants and nobody makes them , that's a shame because they are awesome.
