There's a candy shop downtown Charlevoix where you can fill a wooden pail with over 80 unique taffy flavors, plus old-fashioned candies and jelly beans. The taffy here is fresh, soft, and each flavor truly tastes like what it says, from dill pickle to maple bacon-definitely different from what you find elsewhere around Northern Michigan. The friendly staff make the experience even better, and it's always fun to watch families and locals alike picking out their favorites while enjoying the nostalgic atmosphere.
