Ordered a sandwich and side. Ordered side was changed and served without being told. Told the side was changed because the ordered item was out. Did not want the side served. Would not have ordered the sandwich as served. Manager would not offer any other side without an up charge, nor offer anything to make it right. Requested the phone number to talk to the manager’s supervisor, but was refused the information. We will not return to Roosters. Better service from management is a certainty elsewhere. The server is not to blame.
