• Hand-stretched New York-style 14-inch pizza. Our dough and sauce are homemade in the shop. We use a cheese blend that includes pecorino and buffalo milk mozzarella. There is a dash of oregano on the pizza just before it's baked.
• Pepperoni & Cheese Garlic Knots $13.50
• Our homemade garlicy garlic knots with pepperoni and cheese. Topped with parmesan cheese after they're baked and served with our marinara sauce.
• Pk Margherita Pizza $21.50
• This 14 inch pizza begins with homemade dough and pizza sauce mixed with our homemade garlic paste. It is then topped with a small amount of shredded mozzarella then fresh mozzarella cheese. After it's baked it is topped with our garlic infused olive oil and fresh basil (when available).
• Ny White Pizza $24.90
• A New York pizza staple, the NY White. This pizza begins with our homemade dough. The sauce is a blend of ricotta cheese and our garlic infused olive oil. The cheese are pecorino, our shredded mozzarella blend which includes buffalo milk mozzarella then finished with burrata (the best type of fresh mozzarella). After it's baked with finish this with a drizzle of our garlic olive oil and fresh basil (when available).
• Vegan New York Style Pizza $18.54
• This New York-style pizza is made vegan in its original form. The difference is the cheese, we use Violife mozzarella.

Ordering a plain cheese pizza from Pizza Katerina instantly reminded me of the authentic New York style pies I used to enjoy, and the fresh toppings and quick delivery only made me more excited to try their other unique creations like the Thai pizza. Beyond the amazing food, Melodie and her family's genuine care and warm, friendly vibe really make every visit feel like catching up with old friends who pour their heart into every slice.
