We stopped to get a large order over $60 worth of food. It started as a wait for crispy chicken to be made and wait of 15 mins. We waited which we were second car sitting in lot. Now we are in lot for over 30 mins and another truck pulls in a few spots waiting also. Employee comes out and says here's your order, look at it and said that's not ours, small bag is no way ours. Said probably the car that's been waiting before me. So 5 or so mins go by and I'm starting to get mad. And noticed employee comes out with big order, was thinking it's about time. But they go over to the truck that was there after me. Noticed the customer and employee going through the bags and heard customer say that this was not his but took half of items. This is when I spoke up and said if that's my order and you just let a customer touch and open it to see what was in it then it is now his because I'm not taking it no. The employee desires he should come over to my car and start lying and yelling that he wasn't letting him go through it. He was letting him grab his items. I said you are lying, we just watch as you handed the customer the bags and him go through it and handing you back part of it. Then watch you go through them. He said part of it was his, which doesn't make since. You bring out two partial orders. As he is still yelling and saying that another employee comes out with a large order and goes directly to the other truck with it. I said what does she have then. That's when he said you know what "bruh Fu@k you as he is walking away. Even my two young kids heard this. So I get out to walk over to this employee to ask him to explain why he walked away swearing at us and say it again. By the way did I say the this has to be way over 45mins waiting for food and beyond pissed. The other employee says sorry he is new and a minor while she was crying and upset because of orders coming out late and to wrong customers. So she tries handing me the items that the other customer had in his truck and by this time been touched by at least 3 strangers hands. I said nope, I want my money back. She said to pull around to drive thru so the can refund my account from order. So I go around and as soon as we pull up all we can hear is yelling inside. The employee was still crying and apologize saying he was new. She refunded my order and said it would take 72 hrs to refund. So I wouldn't recommend this store and will never get kfc again.
