Earth Wind & Fryer offers an incredible culinary experience for events. I had the pleasure of enjoying their food truck catering at Sunset Lodge for a rehearsal dinner, and the presentation and flavors were outstanding. The team went above and beyond by packaging leftovers for easy takeaway, making it convenient for guests. The variety of dishes, such as the pulled pork taco and duck burger, showcased their creative and delicious offerings.
