There food is fantastic and amazingly good! I've never been to another Mexican place that served and had as much great tasting food in my life. El Camino's shall never shut down i hope because there the only good Mexican restaurant around. I vote that anyone who reads this or just anyone should try there food! Its' the best food your ever gonna get. It's just like how granny or your mommy use to make it ha ha. Also, the servers there are wonderful and they are nice. They make dinner there very fun and interesting.

The food there was so good. I wasn't in the mood for Mexican when i went there, but the menu has a great variety and the food there was surprisingly good, especially the chicken buck burrito. But better than the food was the service. Our server Jeff was the friendliest guy that ever walked the planet and it made the experience even better :D

I think the service is a lot better then it use to be. not to mention it is the best mexican food around. If you think El tapitio and Pablo's have anything on El Caminos you are sadly mistaken. The fact of the matter is you get what you pay for. If you want to have good food then you pay a little extra, If you want sh-tty food you pay a dollar

El Camino use to be the best Mexican restaurant around. I had been going there for about 24 years. Then they moved into the old Tony's building. Food was still good but there service was slow. A while later, not sure what happened, But there food turned really bad and their service was worse yet. I use to go to El Camino's atleast once a week. Now I will not go there again. I dont know if Olga sold it and new people took over, But something changed. Not sure if its because the cook that use to be there for years left and opened Pablo's. All I know is I would not go there and spend my money on bad food.

I ordered the classic taco dinner, minus the beans, add extra rice.

The tacos weren't as good as they used to be. The tortillas were not as thick and fresh and juicy and the rice? Ewww! The rice was probably 3 days old and burnt, as if it had been sitting in a warmer forever.

I am willing to try them again, as they have always been my favorite, but if this next time, the tortillas are dry and if my rice is not fresh, I will in turn take my business to El Tapitio instead.

This place is fantastic i have eaten only a handful of times but each time it is excellent I first went when it was just a small location near where it is currently located and raved for several years until i could go back and even with all the time and change of location the Tacos were the exact same "perfect". You must try the beef taco dinner with the homemade shell and the homemade hot sauce. AWESOME!!

I'm not usually a picky eater, but the new re-opened El Caminos on Henry totally failed at making food upon my attempt at having lunch there today. the food was disgusting, a poorly prepared dish using stale ingrediants drowned in an awful sauce in some lame attempt to cover up the fact that it was bad food. And it took them two hours to get said disgusting food out to me. don't waste your time. I speculate that all the cooks are new and probably have no experience with the menu.

All I can say is since I moved away to huge metro city, I can't find a mexican resturant that tastes nearly as good as this place. I refuse to eat mexican food. I will be home visitng this weekend and you better believe I will be stopping by!!!!!!!!!
