The BBQ I experienced in Midland was incredible, with the brisket being exceptionally moist and flavorful. The lively atmosphere, complete with live music and a rustic indoor/outdoor setting, made the meal even more enjoyable. I was impressed by the friendly service and the variety of delicious options, especially the fantastic banana pudding that truly stood out.
