I couldn't have been happier with this restaurant on my recent trip. I have celiac disease and therefore have to stick to a strict gluten free diet. When I asked the waitress if they had any gluten free options (I was out with a group of friends and didn't plan on eating bc I didn't believe they would have gluten free options), she went to go ask the manager. The manager immediately came over to the table and said that while they haven't developed gluten free options, he wanted to work with me to make sure I could get something to eat. He asked what I could eat and we were able to come up with a plain grilled chicken with cheese and avocados in corn tortillas. The food was good and I was so appreciative of how helpful and accommodating the restaurant was.

Whats this guy below me talking about? Stacy's awesome! Charming and always has a good attitude. My suspicion is that the previous reviewer lacks social skills and feels uncomfortable with her friendly demeanor.
The food is consistently good, the restaurant is kept nice and clean, and I've never had a problem with the service.

WATCH OUT!! the woman who works at this place is a real piece of work. I believe her name is Stacy.
My entire office has decided to "boycott" this place until a new manager takes over.

The ladies there are super sweet, the guys however are quite rude. Also, the sign on the door says they open at 7:30, which would be great since I get to work at 7, but instead they take their time opening EVERY morning. People will be stanging outside at 7:45 call and they will say they will open in a little bit. Change the sign on the door to 8am if you can't seem to get your crap together on time.

I guess the manager of Gerardo's bistro in clay desta she seems to be rude to us but "she wants to get her work done and done right" well if you keep treating your customers the Way you are you will soon be out of a job.Food is Great.
