I waited eagerly for Jing's to reopen after their three-month break in China, and I was thrilled to finally visit last night. I exercised some self-control and ordered only a few menu items to share with a friend, starting with the incredible Scallion Pancakes that were crispy, soft, and buttery. The Shanghai Duck with its crispy skin and flavorful plum sauce was a standout, but all the entrees were delicious and served with generous portions of steamed rice.
