My tea order was stolen, and Rishi promptly sent me an expedited replacement at no cost - impressive customer service and delicious tea! Although the local headquarters for Rishi Tea doesn't have a public shop, you can conveniently order online and pick up for free, with same-day service if ordered by 11am. I appreciate Rishi's commitment to excellent customer service and high-quality organic products, making them a source of pride for Milwaukee.
