I discovered Jay's during their regular Saturday hours and tried their delicious jerk chicken for the first time. The dish had a perfect balance of heat, and the sides of dirty rice and cooked cabbage were equally tasty. The service was excellent, and the bartender's welcoming smile added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
