10/20/2018 - Party of Five
We were a party of five and made reservations for Friday night. Waitress was the best, very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The clam chowder was outstanding and the corn bread was very good.
We all had a fish fry and the amount of fish was adequate, however, we did not find the fish to be five star. The fish was moist however did not have much flavor. The breaded and beer battered both tasted the same. The tarter sauce was the worst we had ever tasted. The initial tarter sauce that came with the meal was extremely watery with milk like consistence. Our waitress immediately replaced it with new tarter sauce which was somewhat thicker, however, was still watery and did not have any taste. The fries were good but nothing special. The coleslaw was somewhat dry but the taste was okay.
The restaurant was clean and fresh looking. Five star waitress. Fish fry was mediocre.

Second time at resturant. First time was a disaster. Thought we'd give it another try. Food was very good. Ham and cheese sandwich was made just right. French Fries were excellent. The only negative part of our lunch was the waitress. Not very friendly. It took about 15-20 mins to take our drink order. When I paid for my lunch and gave her a tip, no thank you was given . Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was like that the first time we were there for lunch. I will go for dinner one day because the menu looks interesting.
