Ordered the Wisconsin breakfast online 3 weekends in a row. WI breakfast is: 2 eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, potatoes and toast. First week, they forgot the ham and sausage. Whatever, right? Second week, I only got one egg. I'm now feeling annoyed. They can't be that inept, can they? Third week, they forgot the potatoes! Forget this place. How hard is it? Seriously Milk Can, how hard is it to get an order correct? Never again.

Big NOPE! After waiting 15 minutes to be seated while there were clearly tables and counter space available, I knew they were already having some sort of staffing/management issues. Whatever, it happens. I'm not mad. Later, after 10 minutes of sitting at an empty table without so much as a glance from any servers I could tell the issues were going to continue. I go to the VERY NICE AND HELPFUL hostess who apologized profusely and said she'd take care of it. Going back to the table, I see her approach a waiter who loudly exclaimed "WHO, ME?" Then he went on for another 10 minutes going to his existing tables offering re-fills and having casual small talk while we continued to wait without a glass of water. All of this was bad, but I was still willing to stay and ride it out, as I was STARVING at this point. Then the waiter finally felt it was time to grace us with his attention he wanted to bombard us with an arrogant attitude on top of it and wanted to know why we specifically requested his table. Huh? Dude, I don't know you from Adam. Maybe that's just what the hostess told you to try and get you to do your job? Then he never acknowledges our wait. Never gets us water. Never apologizes. THEN when taking the order he inexplicably starts getting overtly friendly with a huge FAKE smile, etc. Huh? Dude, did you just slip into 'professional waiter' mode in order to preserve your tip? After arrogantly ignoring me for 20 minutes you think a tip is still forthcoming? That's kinda the definition of arrogant. Fast track...I ask for manager. He goes to 'look' for him. Never comes back. I get up to leave, ask the nice hostess for the manager, who she produces in moments. The manager comes, I explain everything. He was nice but just looked at me we a vacant blank stare. He apologized, but it was crystal clear that he found nothing inappropriate about anything I said, went right over his head. Ah...I think I found the problem. Apathy and obliviousness from the top.

Suggestion...please put the kind and PROFESSIONAL hostess in charge of your restaurant.
