Drove in from Oconomowoc area. Arrived at 3:16 pm, asked for two senior lunches. Server refused to honor lunch price, despite big sign by front door stating lunch was until 3:30 pm, then dinner price went into effect. Manager was called to table, where she rather rudely told us that "...we're getting ready for dinner. If you want lunch price, then come an hour earlier.". We have been to this buffet many times in past, arriving near 3 pm and have never had this problem or been treated this poorly before. Different matter if we were arriving near closing time, but if lunch is until 3:30 pm, then lunch is until 3:30 pm. Avoid this restaurant!!!!
