I'm giving 4 stars for the excellent service provided by Nelson. He demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and efficiency throughout the establishment. Despite not holding a managerial position, Nelson appeared to intuitively address various needs across the floor, from assisting at the bar to ensuring guests were promptly attended to. His dedication and proactive approach significantly enhanced the overall experience.
