10/30/2010 - Unfortunate...
I went to buy a smoothie at China Max today. I didn't like my smoothie so the man threw it away and wouldn't make me a new one!!! I said to him, "so I wasted my money?" He said, "Yes, you wasted your money." What the heck!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!! It was incredibly difficult for me to explain myself, because no one working could speak English fluently back to me! I would never treat my own customers the way they treated me!!!!!!
