After craving tacos late at night, I found this taco truck still open and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious, filling mole dishes we ordered-the flavors were slightly sweet, peanutty, and just a touch spicy. The friendly staff, generous portions, and vibrant interior made for a warm, welcoming atmosphere, though I do wish their patio opened on nice days for outdoor dining.
