I went to Arby's one night, right when I walked into the door around 730 I was greeted with a big hello and smile from the very young manager. I can't remember his name. We had a short conversation before a few cars came while waiting for my food. I noticed he was having a great time with the two other workers. He kept it fun yet serious. I could tell he workers respected him. Glad to see management like this again at fast food places and at that age I will be going back to that Arby's!!!!!
