05/12/2010 - Won't be back!
Was in from out of town trying to enjoy a meal but was unable to do so because the front wait staff. One waitress moreso than the others, are in severe need of training on "how to be pleasant". One waitress was slamming things around, was hateful in general and it would be in this restaurant's best interest to simply let this person go given the fact that the issue was brought to management's attention and was somewhat dealt with in the dining area, then again outside the restaurant. We will not patronize this restaurant in the future and will discourage anyone who is looking forward to a pleasant dining experience may not attain it due to this restaurant's front dining staff.

Visiting from out of town, I stopped by Chit Chats on April 14, 2010. I was looking for something other than fast food. I noticed that the Cardinal burger was on sale so I ordered that... in the end a disappointing choice. The fries were tasty, lots of onions and pickles on the burger but the meat was way overcooked... to the point of being charred on the edges and very dry. For $5.75, I could have done much better at the McDonalds across the street. Maybe the cook had an off day, but I left with a bad taste in my mouth.
