My husband and I eat at the Corral each time we are in the area (a couple times a year). It is the best! They have a great, home-made salad bar. The ribs are unbelievable and their bbq sauce is so original and unique. Totally recommend the ribs and I haven't had anything else on the menu!

it took 25 minutes for the waitress to take our order. then when the food came, here is what happened. The kids grill cheese was great. The chicken and ribs were good. The pork chops were served cold and very black. None of us coulkd eat them. My son hide in the restroom crying because they were so bad. I took them home for my dogs, cause I don't like waste. The bacon cheeseburger was also burnt black on just the bottom side of the patty. the cook should never have sent it out. it tasted like a dirty grill. For a first time visit, I will not return again.
