we had a table of four, a kids corn dog basket, a kids mac & cheese bite basket, a grilled chicken sandwich basket, and a California burger basket. We arrived and the waitress delivered menus quickly but dropped them at the table and said nothing. She returned in 5mins and asked for drink orders, we ordered milk for the kids and 2 lemonades, she also asked if we were ready to order food, but I said we would do that when the drinks were delivered, she acted annoyed and as if we were wasting her time. The drinks arrived and we placed our order. The lemonade tasted like blah lightly sweetened lemon juice, and had a weird odor. after 20mins the kids milks were hastily delivered a refill on one lemonade and we were told food would be up shortly. we decided after she left we would order an appetizer of buffalo wings so we went up to the bar to place it, the waitress again acted annoyed, but complied. after a total of 55mins of waiting and no food, seeing several other baskets going out. we finally approached the bar and questioned the wait. The waitress snotily said the food was just coming off the grill, and gave the excuse that the kitchen was small (the bar was semi busy, but not many food orders were being placed). within 5 more minutes the food arrived, it was good for your typical bar fryer food, but the sandwiches were cold. Our bill came to $39.43, we were going to use a $25 discount certificate, and pay the remainder in cash. With the poor services we had no intention of tipping! Upon giving the waitress the certificate and the cash, she insisted that a 18%gratuity needed to be added and the new balance was just under $47.00. The bathrooms were your typical dive bar, low class, dirty, makeshift closets. The dance floor area had literal piles of dirt, and the bar area had a faint urine like smell. It is definitely a waste of time and money for the average family, and doesn't seem likely to really satisfy beyond the local boney alcoholics! Will NEVER return to the place again.
